Vintage Christofle

The Christofle silver dynasty has a long history behind it. Indeed, Christofle was founded in 1830 by Charles Christofle who innovated and boosted the world of silverware with gold and silver plating using electrolytic methods. With Louis-Philippe and napoleon III as regular customers the  Maison Christofle was  granted the  title of “Purveyor to the Royal Court” and started establishing shops throughout the world. The  Maison known for its qualities of elegance and excellence use entirely handmade manufacturing. The craftsmen of the Maison master the precious trades of spinning, embossing, carving and engraving for our viewing pleasure.
