We just love silverware and our aim is to find the antique silver piece you have in mind and that will continue to last for several generations.

Our finely crafted sterling silverware and vintage plated decorative tableware, cutlery, hollowware, jewels and other art pieces are carefully selected for aesthete customers seeking for unique sustainable silver or vermeil pieces. We only deal quality objects and are passionate about continuing our longstanding legacy of providing clients all over the world with unique superbly crafted  heirlooms and vintage silverware. 

We make it a point of honour that you have the assurance of always knowing which type of object and metal you are acquiring.

Our simplified check-out process  requires only a few steps. However, should you have any question before proceeding with your order, do not hesitate to contact us via mail, whatsapp or phone before proceeding with your order or for any question. 

1. Enjoy a clear and simplified checkout 

  1. Select the item(s) of your dreams and add  it/them to the shopping cart.  Until the final click "Buy Now", cart contents can always be easily modified
  2. Open your shopping cart and click "Order"An estimation of shipping costs  - if applicable- will appear.  Final amount shipping costs will be given prior confirmation of your purchase and final payment. Please refer to below list for some some general rates. For some special objects  or destination you could be asked to contact us first in order to receive the shipping costs.
  3. Enter your details. You may create an account or just fill in your details.  Creating an account makes it easier to place future orders and view your order history. Shipping address can be different from yours (P.O. mailboxes are not allowed).
  4. Select your preferred delivery method:
    1. Delivery to the address indicated by you
    2. Pick-up at our Gallery in Affligem or at the Sablon Market
  5. Select the most convenient payment method  for you.
  6. Check the overview with products ordered and total amount to be paid.
  7. Confirm your purchase by clicking "Buy Now" and complete the payment via a secure and  encrypted platform.
  8. Follow your purchase: Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your order and payment. And as soon as your your order has been shipped you will receive an other email  with a tracking number and link. Once delivered, enjoy your purchase! 

2. Prices & shipping costs

All the prices in our shop are in euro (€) and include VAT, excluding shipping costs.  If  shipping  fees are charged, these will be mentioned separately including VAT.  Please note we are not responsible for any local taxes or import duties that may apply outside of Europe. Orders to countries outside the EU may still be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Please check regulations applicable in the country where you reside. 

Shipping costs are included for Benelux, France and Germany.  For other countries please see an estimation below or contact us .

This payment method is offered for all orders via our website, with no minimum or maximum amount. Bank transfers will be immediate and free for users who have bank accounts within the European Union

If payment is made by bank transfer, payment must reach us within 7 days maximum. 

Transfers must be made in Euros, all bank charges for transfers are the responsibility of the buyer (the ordering party).

6. Enjoy hassle-free delivery to your door step

 

We  have experience working with clients overseas and  we can deliver your  purchases almost anywhere in the world. DHL and Fedex are our preferred shippers.  Our careful packing will ensure that your silver purchases reach you in perfect condition.  All silverwares are insured and sent with a traceable shipping. We are not liable for any local duties and taxes at the final destination. This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Your package will be sent within maximum 10 days of receipt of full payment. Shipping costs include packaging costs (bullpak, paper and cardboard boxes). On average, express delivery will take approximately 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch. 

Loss or damage risks, shall be passed to you as soon as you (or a designated third party other than the transport company) acquire(s) physical possession of the goods. On arrival of the package, verify the box for damage and the condition of the goods in front of the delivery person. If the package is damaged, mention this before signing or take note of it above your signature.  Damaged items not reported to the delivery person cannot benefit from the insurance taken out at the time of purchase. Regarding the risk of loss or damage, it  shall be passed to you as soon as you (or a designated third party other than the transport company) acquire(s) physical possession of the goods. 

If you open the package and notice damage, take pictures as soon as possible (with the items still in the box) and don't throw away the packaging. Please  communicate it to us, with pictures,  within 3 days after delivery (as per postmark). This notification, stating your reservations and claims relative to the non-conformity of the products delivered or defects, is to be sent by e-mail ian_panne@hotmail.com  or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to:  Panné Ag. 7. Returns & warranty

In compliance with the Belgian law, you may notify us that you cancel your purchase during the 14 working days following the day after which you took physical possession of the item(s) you ordered. This measure is applicable to any buyer who is protected by a similar legal protection in his country of residence.

Please, contact us,  prior to returning your purchase. A model form is available  if you wish  to use this right of withdrawal (Dutch) or fill out the contact form completely and in “message” box inform us that it is a return notification. Do not forget to mention our invoice reference number and the invoice date.

Once you have received from us a confirmation by e-mail  for returning the goods, you may bring your silver purchases or other  goods  back to our shop in Affligem or send them by courier to Panné Ag. Comm. V., Essene-Kerkplein, 5B, B- 1790 Affligem, Belgium.

Make sure to pack well the item(s) separately in protective packaging and to use bullpak, paper and cardboard boxes. The shipment will be made with a fully insured, fully tracked, method of delivery and a copy of the original invoice will be included in the package. 

As long as the items are in the same condition as when we shipped them, we will refund the full cost of the items but the return delivery costs will be at your charge. Once your items are returned, we will be in touch to process your refund. As refunds are made according to your original method of payment, there is often some processing time before a refund is made.  For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. Duties and/or taxes will not be refunded for countries outside of EU.

However, in accordance with the law, this right of withdrawal cannot  be exercise for the following items:

   • Custom, bespoke, engraved on request  or made-to-order items;

   • Pieces acquired by us for you in specific response to a request where those items are not normally available.

In accordance with the law, all our antique items are covered for a one-year guarantee period.

Your satisfaction is of utmost important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
